Meet Our CEO
Mr. Olatunji Babayemi, and I am the founder of Lamtech.
The journey into technology didn’t begin with certainty — it began with curiosity, ambition, and a desire to build something meaningful. I started my tech career over 15 years ago, and I studied Information Technology at the University of Plymouth. But beyond the classroom, I quickly realized that real growth in tech comes from hands-on experience, continuous learning, and navigating real-world challenges.
Like many others, I faced uncertainty, information overload, and a lack of clear direction. There were moments of doubt, moments when the path wasn’t obvious. But one thing became clear to me: there was a significant gap between learning tech and actually building a successful career in it.
Too many people were being left behind. That realization became the foundation for everything. I didn’t just want to grow in tech, I wanted to create a system that helps others build sustainable careers, regardless of their starting point.
That was how Lamtech was born.
Since 2017, Lamtech has grown into a global tech training and talent development company, supporting individuals across the UK, the United States, Canada, and Europe. We’ve trained over 100 studentswho have transitioned into high-paying tech roles, but beyond the numbers, our true impact lies in transforming lives.
Today, we are building more than just a training platform. We are creating a structured ecosystem that connects learning, mentorship, and employment, helping people move from potential to global opportunity.
